A modern setting blending Emerald city charm with Scandi style, our main Ballroom space evokes authentic Seattle in attitude and aesthetic. With 15 foot ceilings, this space provides beautiful natural lighting and comes with access to our outdoor terrace via nine-foot accordion doors. This flexible indoor venue features unforgettable views of Queen Anne and South Lake Union and accommodates 68 people when unpartitioned. When partitioned, the smaller section is perfect for an intimate affair for up to 17, while the larger area can comfortably accommodate 51.

Just beyond the Ballroom space lies our Outdoor Terrace, a 800-square-foot patio deck venue, featuring 270-degree views of Queen Anne and South Lake Union, ipe deck and walkways, contemporary steel railings, and a raised garden. This expansive setting can accommodate up to 50 guests or can be combined with the indoor ballroom to accommodate large affairs.

For more casual affairs, our front lawn can be reserved for groups of up to 200 guests. A 3,000-square-foot outdoor space featuring tropical palm trees, period appropriate walls, and custom globe lighting is perfect for outdoor events or as a pre-function space for a more formal indoor celebration.
